LRS Education Services has created a new course focused on Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM).
Why do we think this is important?
Vendors and third-party partners help businesses grow and stay competitive. But they also expose your organization to cyber risk. From the SolarWinds hack to the Target breach, the interconnected supply chain can house weak links in an organization’s security posture—an attack avenue of choice for malicious hackers. Many organizations deal with hundreds of vendors, some who handle sensitive data. This makes supply chain risk management overwhelming but necessary.
The new 2-day Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) course consists not only of training to understand Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM), but also guidance to prepare organizations to deal with the myriad of risks that come from the supply chain. After covering the basics of C-SCRM, the course dives deeply into NIST C-SCRM guidance, integration into enterprise risk management, success factors, controls, and effective C-SCRM implementation through the lens of several realistic scenarios.
Trying to decide if this new course is a good fit for you?
- Do you deal with risk, security, or technology related to the supply chain in an organization?
- Are you a business, security, or IT professional who is a stakeholder in Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM)?
- Do you have responsibility for or interest in C-SCRM?
If you answered yes to any or all of the questions above, join LRS Education Services for the Fundamentals of Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) class running July 31-August 1, 2023. The class can be attended virtually from your home or office and is guaranteed to run.
Please contact me if you would like to enroll, have questions about this course, or explore our extensive cybersecurity portfolio.
