The Agile/Scrum Foundations workshop will emphasize the roles, events and artifacts created in Agile and Scrum. Scrum ceremonies will be explained, and participants will understand why transparency, inspection and adaptation are an important part of Scrum. This workshop is for attendees to understand common Agile and Scrum terms and understand what it takes to become Agile in an organization. Attendees will simulate building a product and embracing the Agile/Scrum ceremonies and mindset.
